At this time, Hotel Surplus Outlet does not have an automated online shopping program.. We do not normally offer "turn key" packing and shipping as a part of the purchase process. Because of our ever-changing inventory, and the wide array of liquidated hotel goods which we carry, it is hard to provide true online shopping and check-out, but if you email or call us, we can explain our sales procedures and shipping arrangements (see additional shipping-related FAQ's below)

At our store location we accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We also can process most debit and check card transactions. We do not accept personal checks. Wholesale and corporate buyers should contact us to request approval of company checks, and/or any other proposed payment methods.

We do not ofer delivery services but we have local recommendations - we are a partner with Lugg who provides same day delivery at a very reasonable price. We also have independently owned delivery referrals for larger or more intensive deliveries.
